I can confirm this bug running Ubuntu Hardy 8.04 with a Dell XPS M1330, no USB power after wakeup. Setting MODULES="ohci_hcd ehci_hcd" in /etc/default/acpi-support does not effect the issue. I really hope this gets fixed as its very important to me. I would be glad to help in any way I can. --
