Hi Pedro,
I can no longer reproduce this bug. I vaguely remember that it disappeared
after I used nvidia-xconfig, and explicitely set the driver in xorg.conf to
nvidia.
But that was after experimenting with the different nvidia driver chaoices
(nouveau, nvidia proprietary etc.)
