Binary package hint: indicator-sound
After upgrading from karmic to lucid my USB headset "Sennheiser PC 166
USB" has only a low sound level. Before upgrading it worked correctly
out of the box.
Expectations:
Headset plugged in and volume on 100 % should result in sound level

Removing indicator-sound does not help for me, too. If it is a alsa driver
issue, why it only affects USB?
My sound chip works perfectly, though.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I searched for open bugs but I hadn't found
it. Perhaps the bug reports can be merged?
After adjusting my alsamixer manually once the sound level keeps always
stable now. It also remains by 100 %
