I can confirm the above problem. I would add that sometimes it does
resume, but sometimes it won't, it completely unpredictable and hence
cannot be used really.

I can confirm this is still a problem in ubuntu 11.04, basically resume
doesn't work, the computer is dead after resume although the leds are on
and the fan too, but the caps lock key doesn't work, so it's dead.
