When i add the lines from damagedspline then i can not click and open
the menus at the top of the screen in the gnome desktop. Something is

I just ran the command you suggessted: 'dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-
xorg' and not only does the mouse work but my screen resolution that was
limited now is correct.

i have a dell latitude d800 and earlier version of gusty had sound but
no sound thru 9/22. Since suse seems to have it working why can't
ubuntu engineers just use their patch? As far as I am concerned this
should be a top priority.

All I can tell you is that once it gets to the part where you choose a
city for the time zone the screen goes weird and it hangs. This same
symptom has been doing the same thing for several weeks now. I see
others are having the same problem.

I have Edgy install on two different disks. After installing it on the
second drive when you go back and reboot the first installation it no
longer boots properly but crashes with this error:

Are you trying to install it on a Mac or just launch the live CD? You
will not want to install it on the Mac without help--there are some
things you need to know first. I will bring a disk Thursday.

I use SAPGUI which is a java program to connect with SAP. After logging
into SAP with the SAPGUI program and leaving it idle for a while it
freezes and I when I click to close the program it will not let me. I
have to launch a terminal wind

1. Yes it is reproducible.
2. Plug in my ipod using a usb cable and then launch Rhythmbox and my ipod does
not appear anywhere--even if i unplug the usb and plug it in again.
3. Ipod icon shows up and i can click it and it opens up and shows the DCIM
folder on the ipod

It does not work on my macbook pro with the mighty mouse--i have all the
latest updates and all it does is popup ask me to grant access and
aferwards does nothing but keep popping up over and over asking for me
to grant access.
