i am experiencing the same issues. i use my raspberry pi as pulseaudio sink (pulseaudio 2). i updated pulseaudio 2 on the raspberry to version 3 by downloading a precompiled version, but to no avail. The stuttering still occurs. somewhere i read that version 4 of pulseaudio improved the situation
