this driver shall be with GPL license.
The driver shall support both 32-bit and 64-bit platform, and the skb->tail

the file of
/lib/module/`uname -r`/modules.dep,
Otherwise copy r8192e_pci.ko to folder /lib/module/`uname
-r`/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/
and run `depmod -a`.

And the module name shall be r8192se_pci.ko instead of rtl8192se_pci.ko.

The driver has been verified Ok with the kernel version of 2.6.31-10-generic
based on
Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic.
As you mentioned, I'll check the driver with the kernel 2.6.31-15-generic,
