I have one PC with WinXP Pro (original) and I want to install xubuntu too. When
i installed it -- on installing language pack it crashed.
Please tell me what I do.

I've insert cd into my drive. Menu xubuntu appears. Check "Install XUBUNTU".
*same* problem. No firefox used. I've re-re-re-re-re(sigh)-formatting my pc.
Is it an hardware problem?

ok. I've installed. My computer has two HD. Xubuntu was installed on the
slave (and grub on the master).
So I've disconnect slave, then I reformatting and reinstalling WInXP and
xubuntu.
I hope this helps.
