When I start my computer update notifier doesn't check if any updates
are avalible. This problem is present since stable ubuntu came out. When
Ubuntu was beta and RC and there were lots of updates notifier worked
perfectly.

Check repositories Daly is checked so I really don't know what is the
problem. I will try changing repositories from
si.archive.ubuntu... to only archive.ubuntu

I have HP compaq 6720s and I get same problem. Suspend is taking rather
long time. I don't quite remember how this was in Gutsy but I think it
was much faster. Even in Hardy waking from suspend was quick

I can confirm that shutdown isn't working in Feisty. Niether was working
in Edgy or Dapper.

I have Feisty Fawn. And the only problem I get is that it doesn't
connect on the internet properly.
I am connected through router and I have static IP. And I have
everything worked out with file /etc/network/interfaces. This is how it
