still have issues with the proprietary nvidia drivers.
I am now running on the open source nouveau drivers. They have a couple

I second that. I run cpufreqd with this patch applied since 2012-04-05
on my laptop for everydays work which is heavily loaded and cpufreqd

I've had the same problem - no Ctrl keys working in Remmina and in VirtualBox
as well. Now Ctrl works again in both applications after I disabled the "mouse
ping" function:
System -> Preferences -> Mouse -> Show position of pointer when Ctrl key is
pressed in the host

unforutnately, I must admit, that I am no longer able to reproduce this
bug here.
what I did was compile & install a locally generated test kernel over the
3.2.0-43 and later
re-install the 3.2.0-43 kernel from the .deb file in /var/cache/apt/archives
and, guess: now the network connects
I tested the following i386-kernels

With both kernels I have the same problem. The UMTS stick is mounted as

started from the first mainline kernel tagged with saucy (3.8)
So today I installed 12.04, 13.04 and 13.10 on an USB stick and tested

12.04 and 13.04, but d
since it looks like this is unmaintained (otherwise the maintainer would
have noticed already during the last few years that this program does
not work at all) Ubuntu could just as well remove the entire jobs-admin
