everything in my laptop AGAIN was blocked!Only when i pressed the send window

very often ,all the other times except yesterday,i do not even have the
ability to open with "alt+f2 ",the Application Finder , so i cannot

I got no errors or any other issues during the updating,i felt i difference on
the screen for a sec but nothing that i could really see or talk about it.
