I fixed this. The problem was that the network card itself has four WEP
keys built into the card. For some reason the card was defaulting to
Key 4, and after a iwconfig (using switch to change channel to 1), it
worked flawlessly.

presently, I have received this error on 32 and 64 bit machines. It

The issue is it LOOKS very unprofessional. The cause is the Dash
transparency setting of "static" and what it remembers. For some
reason, my beta version was defaulted to this and if it were not for me
__knowing__ to look in the compiz configuration settings would I have
figured it out.

I have had this issue on at least two different programs where the
window looses the decorations (title bar).
a. Thunderbird "New Message Window" or opening a message in a new
window.
b. The second program that exhibited this issue was Compiz
Configurations Settings Manager (CSSM). It too lost

2. Since todays upgrades, the issue has gotten worse.
The workaround of restore / maximize fixes the issue temporarily.

Believe this primarily has to do with Global Menu integration. When
Thunderbird is not maximized, compose email and open message in new
window receive decorations as they are supposed to do.
