Public bug reported:
Did an apt-get upgrade in the last week and upon rebooting discovered
that the icons represented on the desktop are for the root folder rather
than from the desktop folder of the logged in user. Haven't been able
to isolate problem package because updates usually include 10-2
The bug went away with a KDesktop reinstall.
