This issue looks like some race conditions inside upstart, because if i reboot
machine several times it starts properly
at the end (it tooks me up to 3-5 time to reboot machine)

in principle, i can also split anyremote to 3 packages at launchpad to avoid
such kind of issue.
The only problem - i'm not fluent with debian packaging procedure and
still can not understand hot to _easly_ split anyremote to 2 packages.
Can You get some advices to me ?
