I was able to get this card working with S-Video and Component input in
Intrepid Ibex 8.10 2.6.27-server using your new entry in the
cx88-cards.c/cx88.h by adding the following line to /etc/modprobe.d/options
then rebooting.
options cx88xx card=68
By default it was still auto detect

I guess that I didn't look in the xorg log very good when running the
2.6.32.18 kernel before, because when I booted to it after noticing the
space check errors with the drm-next kernel I noticed that I am getting
both the 'failed to parse relocation' and 'space check failed in flush'

I have just installed the new 2.6.35-12.17 kernel. It is now hit and
miss as to whether I can boot to a graphical desktop. I sometimes get
corruption at shutdown. The weird thing is that if I get corruption at
