I agree with Ricardo Fernández and Yermo. This problem is not fixed. I'm still experiencing it in every wireless network i try to connect any of my laptops using ubuntu/kubuntu karmic. Airports, libraries, museums... always the same problem. I've stopped using linux in laptops because of this crap.
