I downloaded karmic alpha-2 netbook remix and have tested the apps. I
don't get a segmentation fault and the pands3d apps launch fine.
So it looks like it has been fixed ;-)

I solved it. You can reproduce the behavior:
1. Create a new user.
2. Switch to "Ubuntu Classic"
3. Add "nautilus" to the startup programs.
4. Log out, log back in.
5. Everything works fine.
My suggestion to fix this bug is:
Add nautilus to the list of standard startup programs for all users.

I second this bug. I'm using EEE PC 1000HE and just about every opengl
app throws this error.
Panda3d (http://www.panda3d.org/) apps refuse to run.
ZeroRadiant (http://www.qeradiant.com/cgi-

Hey all,
I'm having this problem on my EEE PC.
I want to add that I have 2 users on my system and they both have the
option "Password: not asked at login".
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in as user A
2. Quickly switch to user B.
3. Switch back to user A.
I get a blank screen. CTRL+ALT+F1 does not
