Since linux-oem-5.10 - 5.10.0-1010.11 doesn't seem to have hit the
mirrors yet, I've installed it from the kernel PPA.

Works for me, thank you!

Public bug reported:
fmtlib uses cmake as it's build system and therefore provides cmake config
files for downstream projects. Those cmake config files are missing in the
ubuntu package.
This breaks e.g. kodi.
Please include:
/usr/lib/cmake/fmt/fmt-config-version.cmake
/usr/lib/cmake/fmt/fmt-t
this also affects kodi, it crashes when playing Flac files with id v3.2
tags.
This upstream commit fixes it:
https://github.com/taglib/taglib/commit/4a7d31c87bf41c1de21cb725176d5b34c2a95720
Until this is fixed in ubuntu:

Not sure why opening a duplicate of this bug would make sense. I have
the same chipset and exactly the same issues as the reporter.
If you still want me to open a new bug, I can ofc do that.

@mlankhorst: If I'm interpreting your comment correctly, this bug will not be
fixed for trusty final?
This would be a real bummer and make trusty unusable for htpc users on AMD
hardware, while it otherwise provides a nearly perfect basis.
