Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kdevelop
Installation of the kdevelop package did not install the required
development libraries to actually compile a KDE application.
Not knowing which packages were needed, I had to install each package
manually and try a compile until I got it right.
I have the same issue.
I switched to US English and rebooted but still encounter the same
problem.
