Same problem here. The Ambiance theme is disabled, fonts and decorations
are ... ugly. Ubuntu 13.10 64bit, nvidia-319, nvidia-prime, and an
nvidia GT650M.

With nvidia-prime, nvidia-319 drivers, and a GT650M I faced the same
problem. The desktop theme was broken, and the keyboard was in English
layout, while I configured it for French.
