when i want to switch to my other keyboard layout(s) - by pressing
Alt+Shift - HUD is activated every time. I believe it should be changed
to tapping Alt key twice (like double tap) - to avoid these issues to
occur.

after a TRUE test, i realized the following:
Adobe Reader version 9.4.2 (Feb. 11, 2011) can recognize the Hebrew text within
the search as is, without typing it backwards.
Evince, however, cannot. Therefore we're back to square one.

Is the fix of adding the RT2870.dat file to the /etc/Wireless/RT2870STA/

Correction: on kernel 2.6.32-20, glxgears does work properly, however
xbmc is still extremely slow, and fills the system log with messages
that look like "xbmc.bin:1970 freeing invalid memtype
