I confirm the bug is still present (in Ubuntu 14.04). In my case me
having Gis Weather running on the desktop makes the bug to manifest.

I have the same problem. It's not related only to KeePassX and Ubuntu
15.10. I have the same problem also with ownCloud sync client and I run
Ubuntu 14.04.

Since filing this bug report I've switched to Saucy and added more RAM.
I don't know which of these two factors fixed the problem but I cannot
reproduce it anymore so as far as I am concerned the report can be

Tested a couple of times with both "3.14.0-031400rc6-generic" and
"3.14.0-031400rc6-lowlatency". Nothing improved. The download speed
