I'm not well versed in Linux. Please tell me how to generate and post
the verbose pulse-audio log. You also said "you have to specify correcr
extin and extout so that the driver won't create those headphone ,

One thing I'd like to add is that sound was working correctly on my
previous versions of Ubuntu up to 10.x or so.
