l-r-m version in hardy will not be updated, so use envyng there.

Intrepid uses input-hotplug, which means that the evdev driver is used
for both mice and keyboards, and the mouse driver in your xorg.conf is
not used. Evdev in intrepid will soon have support for Emulate*.
