you add to foomatic-rip that it sets TMPDIR to /tmp when TMPDIR is not

There is no difference in the PPDs concerning the PostScript code which
gets sent to the printer. Only differences are the removal of unneeded
UIConstraints lines and the addition of a missing colon. So it is
strange that the PPD coming with Intrepid breaks the printing.

foomatic-rip 4.0 is fixed now (http://bugs.linux-
foundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=171) and uploaded to Intrepid. So testing
of the fix of this bug is possible with Intrepid and the PDF workflow
now. I have done a short test and it works for me.
