When I do one of the following actions, the brightness of the screen fluctuates
very fast:
- Trying to change the brightness of the screen via hotkey or GUI.
- Change to a terminal and back to the KDE-Session.
- Attach or detach the power plug.
- Do some changes to the powerm

Since installing Kubuntu 16.04 a freeze bug keeps appearing on my
system. It appears only in rare occassions and I don't know a way to
trigger it on purpose.

After installing comics in the comic plasmoid options, they are not
shown in the list of available comics, so you cannot select them.
This is exactly the same behavior as in the bug report here:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=199175.
So maybe the problem is already fix
I read in several places (like here:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=176113) that there is a feature
that should preserve shortcut positions when changeing the keyboard
layout. It seems that pressing certain keys switches the selected layout
back to the primary one.
I had no time to check if
I can confirm this on Kubuntu 11.04. Same behavior as described by
Joshua Hopp.
