Your patched 6.8.0-38 kernel appears to have resolved the issue. I will
be performing additional tests over the weekend, but the ffmpeg
transcodes that had failed with the production 6.8.0-38 are now working.

I have confirmed that ffmpeg transcoding on my Arc A380 works with
6.8.0-43. I tested multiple scenarios that failed on 6.8.0-38 now work
on 43.

ffmpeg and transcoding can still work with the bugged kernels. I was
only able to trigger the bug when rescaling the output resolution.
Transcoding a 1080P input to 720P output, for example. But transcoding
without rescaling still worked.
