After a machine reboot, trying to sync 2 clocks is impossible with ptp4l and
timekeeper.

Xenial should contain the updated mstflint.if not please care to be updated
version.
Debian contain version 3.7 an this version didn't support the ConnectX4 and
ConnectX4LX devices.
i have asked the maintainers to update it.
we see this issue also with Trusty (14.04.4).
