on/off both bluetooth and wireless adapter. in earlier release ALT+F3

i don't think this problem is really coming from ubuntu. the same thing
happens on every distro running kernel 3.x that i tried on this laptop.
i read somewhere about modifying the dsdt something, but i don't really
understand it, tried but didn't work. the shortcut alt+f3 works fine
with kernel 2.
crashed after opening software centre on first run after install.
nothing appeared on the windows except the top bar (where search are
located). its fine after the second run.
