Put a VCD in the drive, Totem launches then gives the error message "VCD
protocol source plugin not installed."
I'm also on Gutsy with all updates installed as of today. Totem is
2.19.90 and about shows GStreamer 0.10.14

OK apologies I have just tested and found this is a GNOME theme problem.
I had tried extensions and Firefox themes but problem still occurred.
But I noticed the problem didn't exist if I was logged on as root so I
changed my user's appearance/them back the Human theme and the problem
