Experiencing same problem; cannot suspend, shutdown or hibernate on an S205. Not sure what the problem is, beyond this being an EFI system. Routine seems to start and the dots scroll then they freeze and I have to hold the power button. Rather annoying, I'd be happy just to shut it down gracefully
