I just updated my laptop to use 2.6.26-5.13 and the fix doesn't seem to work.
Booting my laptop /proc/acpi/dsdt doesn't match /etc/initramfs-tools/DSDT.aml
and the kernel log doesn't contain the usual "Looking for DSDT in initramfs... "

file ... for the .desktop I want removed.

This one is fixed in Intrepid, seeing no mention of the distro in the bug
report I assume its on < Intrepid.
I generate new chroot using --prompt-rootpass on Intrepid almost everyday
without seeing that bug so I'm sure I fixed it :)

It seems to be related yes, I made a patched libxcb for bug 277069 and
it solved the issue.
Though the difference here is that firefox showed the bug for both
intrepid and jaunty while that inkscape and gimp issue only showed up
with jaunty.

On today's alpha-3 candidate, Ubiquity fails to generate the language list.
It asks if I want to retry, ignore or cancel. Retrying doesn't help, ignoring
leaves me with an empty list of language.

The VM is using the "vmmouse" xorg mouse driver, replacing it with "mouse"
makes it works again (thought you have to click on the VM to have it grab the
mouse).
I also attach the xorg.conf as it's after installation.
