I have this problem on two different kubuntu 8.04 installation:
Laptop Acer Extensa (Intel)
Desktop assembled MotherBoard Asus (AMD)
The problem was not present on kubuntu 7.10
I suppose problem with kernel 2.6.24.x. Now i am using 2.6.24.19.
Using bluetooth usb dongle
In my installation i have only /etc/X11/Xsession.d/55keytouchd_launch
file.
I have tested the /usr/bin/keytouchd-launch proposed and seems work
fine .

After the installation of the libpam-smbpass package when I unlock the
screen saver , as normal user, I receive this error on ath.log file:

I am working on a kubuntu hardy (8.04) beta installed from scratch.
Everything work well but when I switch user (su) I see this
error in /var/log/auth.log file:

I don't have any wifi network but only ethernet card. After to most recent
update the GUI shows disconneted
but the ethernet card works fine. I have this problem on my laptop and on my
desktop too.
The ip are statically assigned, i also try to assign the ip via dhcp but the

During the upgrade from edgy to feisty the upgrade tool crash during the "clean
phase"
(Bug 99931).
Anyway the only problem i had after reboot is with X because the upgrade tool
hadn't install

I have the same problem with a agfa snapscan 1212 scanner. Only the first
"scan" work then i have to
unplug and plug again the scanner from the USB port.
With edgy the scanner work
