I experienced it with Ubuntu 9.10 and libapache-dbi-perl 1.07-1.
The bug is fixed in Apache::DBI 1.08 so it would be nice to have it as
the new upstream rel

The /etc/init/neutron-plugin-mlnx-agent.conf job starts the Mellanox
agent with the "--log-file=/var/log/neutron/mlnx_conf.log" option. It
should log to the /var/log/neutron/mlnx-agent.log file instead.

started by upstart.

When the Quantum OVS agent exits unexpectedly, upstart doesn't restart
it.
$ status quantum-plugin-openvswitch-agent
quantum-plugin-openvswitch-agent start/running, process 6426
$ kill 6426
$ status quantum-plugin-openvswitch-agent
quantum-plugin-openvswitch-agent stop/waitin
I tried to apply the changes you suggest but I hit another problem which is
linked to https://bugs.launchpad.net/upstart/+bug/406397
I used the option "-d" of openntpd and it works but then it will not log to
syslog :-(
