I am experiencing the same issue by generating the private rsa key from
seahorse and from inside the cli as well.
Seahorse and ssh-copy-id both copy the key to the remote user, but every
time I try to connect, the error message gets shown.
No errors get logged inside my home/.xsession-errors, nor

removal, you do not even need to use a real one, but simply touch them:
mkdir /usr/share/fonts/truetype/ttf-mathml

It happened upgrading from 16.10 to 17.04 and remained after booting 17.04.
No way to reset it by reinstalling it from scratch, though it seemed to be gone
