I have this bug after upgrade to kubuntu 13.04.
After unlock both notebook's and attached monitor screens remain black (with
some artifacts) and X-server eats CPU. After a minute or two it may eventually
unlock the screen. On "ps" via ssh it looks like this:

worked fine.
Will now check on the 64 bit version.

I did as you suggested, several times, all 10 steps successfully.
But it still does not connect (sync failed in Tomboy, without any explanations)

I was sure that you did not have time to finish winding up the windows
when you click on the icon on the toolbar Unity in version 11.04, but
testing the 11.10 Alpha 3, I realized that you have omitted this point
at all!
