I have edited my DMI table using a tool called DMICFG.EXE (easily found
via google)
Now my DMI table reflects the correct model info, and suspend works
within a reasonable time.
My previous DMI info was:

Thanks for pushing the fix into proposed. As far as I can tell, the fix
should be in kernel version 2.6.27-10.20, but the latest kernel version
that I can see in proposed is 2.6.27-8.17.

I have used the --indirect-rendering option for half a day, and haven't seen
black windows, as I described in my report.
However, now, when I maximize windows, they end up half painted, or fuzzy, and
do not get any further visual updates. This seems to occur intermittently, and
not on all window
Just FYI, I was not having any of these issues under Jaunty. At some
point, I'll try the nvidia 173 driver to see if this is driver
related...

I have just installed libimobiledevice 1.1.0-3ubuntu1 from natty-
proposed, and I am still getting the "Unhandled lockdown error" message.
I have tested this after rebooting, and I have upgraded my iphone to iOS
5 released yesterday.
