Affects HP Spectre z360 also (suspend works from interface but does not
happen when lid closed despite setting in power settings) - had to both
upgrade to kernel 4.4.8 from 4.4.0 and add the workarounds to
/etc/systemd/login.d to get it to work - just upgrade / workaround did
not work separately. N
I had same problem, fixed after installing eclipse-jde

kernels - it's exactly the same in both. I've also tried 3.8 kernel, the

Just bought a new HP Spectre x360 and tried Ubuntu 15.10 - sounds works
out of the box no problems. Apart from changing the keyboard layout I
haven't noted any issues
I did update the bios in windows first with the HP update utility
