I did allow normal installs, not only lts. but it always ends with the
same error
output of lsb_release -rd:
`root@play:~# lsb_release -rd
Description:Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
Release:18.04`
output of do-release-upgrade:
`root@play:~# do-release-upgrade
Checking for a
Ok solved it
/var/log/installer was a file so I just removed it.
also installed python-qt4
now everything works
