Yesterday applyed updates to Kubuntu 10.04, and the problem is solved.
Now I am able to suspend/hibernate and return from suspend/hibernate
correctly.

Same here.
After the upgrade from 11.04, Dropbox simply did not start, showing the same
errors that you can see above.
I solved this by installing a previous version of Dropbox (dropbox_0.6.8_i386),
and starting dropbox from the command line.
