When starting ubuntu control panel it automatically logs me in but on
the account page it says it could not retrieve information and I cant
see how much of my storage I use - All the rest seems to be working just
fine

Yes, same here.
If I need to click on NM applet icon, I must click on calendar, then
with opened dropdown menu go to left and so on. If it is open once, it
works, but it is still not clickable -- NM applet, Battery applet, BT
applet, Keyboard swtitcher applet, sound applet -- everything is not
cli
out the
focus changing, until you click something.
- Am not wholly sure whether this is an xorg or a metacity bug (or a bug in the
interface between the two).
If anybody knows a fix for this I'd love to hear it!

I could resolve this issue by upgrading the printer firmware to latest
version 1.40. No idea, why Ubuntu 19.04 printed happily with older
printer firmware, but as of Ubuntu 19.10 new printer firmware (can be
installed through printer web interface) is needed.

Same issue with Lenovo ThinkPad E15 Gen 2, AMD Ryzen 7 4700u with radeon
graphics × 8 (AMD Renoir graphic).
stable workaround: start BIOS, exit with SAVE=YES (don't need to change
anything).
