I (thought) i had this bug too.
When i press Alt+Fn+delete/sysrq+R i got gnome-screenshot all over the place.
When i press Fn+Alt+delete/sysrq+R i got the sysrq event
So (for me) the problem isn't the combination itself, but the order i

This bug keeps on happening. Its been happening since 40 days. That is
when i upgraded from maverick to NATTY. It happens on kernels 2.6.36,
2.6.38, the generic ubuntu kernel too. I tested it with 5 different
kernels. The following message is found in /var/log/syslog

Also, it happens sometimes when opening menus (indicators or dropdown-
menus in applications) and when dragging folders on the desktop or in
nautilus.

I saw the bug when i was looking why the Mobile Broadband Dongle wouldn't
connect. So i think the same thing appies with me.
That time i also had trouble to shutdown the comuter, thought it was about the
Mobile Broadband problem, but it could indeed be this bug thats blocking the
shutdown.

The work-around is to reset the toolbar to default then re-customize it.
I confirm this bug upon the latest update to Kontact 1.99 KDE 3.59 on
Ubuntu 8.04. It's more of an annoyance to me, however technically I
guess it *is* a bug.
