After doing some research, this may be related to the type of jack used
on this machine. It has a combined headphone/microphone jack that
requires a special adapter for the microphone to work. We will order an
adapter and try with that.

Just to add some more data points, I left my system on and connected
overnight but nothing has changed: the tracks are still unavailable on
my system or in the web UI for U1. It's been approximately 16 hours
since I purchased the albums.

Same issue when running under lucid. I apport-collected from lucid to
this bug.
Not sure if it is related or not, but there are several other sound issues with
this system:
* plugging in headphones does not mute the main speakers
* the sound is very 'noisy' -- moving a window across the screen c

This did not appear to have any effect on the Bixby model. Manoj, I
will apport-collect to this bug from the kernel you posted in case there
is any additional information there.
I am also attaching a screenshot of the sound input preferences
dialogue. (It looks the same under both kernels.)
