No I don't this issue was reported to me by our team in China. I assumed
it was seen after an install when you configure the time zone in oem-
config.

Dell XPS 1330 with Gutsy Tribe5: When X comes up the taskbars do not
extend to the end of the display. I guess this is caused by the HDMI
port, it appears Gutsy is configuring the HDMI port at 1024x768 instead

Boot to the LiveCD press F6 at the menu, then at end of the kernel line
add all_generic_ide press enter the install should continue. Let me know

The default driver provided by the feisty LiveCD install does not work with
Intel 's i965 chipset. I've tried the i810, vesa, and xserver-xorg-video-intel
all failed.
