twice using Help->Install new software
However, although the Feature version is 2.1.0-m3, the actual plugin
versions (where they start with 2.1.0) are still on 2.1.0-m1.

After I unplugged my external monitor from my laptop, kwin didn't
immediately notice and move windows over onto the laptop display. I
tried telling the NVidia settings application that I had unplugged the
monitor, and using the laptop's projector key, but neither way worked.
