Public bug reported: After todays upgrade of the java6 packages, the JAVA_HOME variable hasn't been set. Tried to set is using update_alternatives --config java , but the variables haven't been set. It's a minor nuisance, which can be circumvented by f.i. setting the JAVA_HOME variable in bashrc
