What about including the translations into policykit-gnome and gnome-
app-install packages, so the .mo files lays inside /usr/share/locale/
directory, like the other universe packages? That way, the translation
efforts will still be useful for that two applications.
Not a langpack bug. PolicyKit-gnome and gnome-app-install are now into
Universe, so its translations should be included in the package itself.

1. Suspend the laptop using Fn+F12 or FUSA->Suspend
2. The laptop goes into suspend mode
3. Press any key to resume
Expected behavior: the laptop resumes
