The forma to calculate the signal strength depends on the technology,
and our ofono-rilmodem driver basically converts the ASU values to
percentage (0-31, 99).

But then we'd break the ofono API as rilmodem is doing exactly the same
thing as we have for the other modems (check at modem and others).
People using the ofono API is expecting the percentage to be basically
the asu values (in case of a gsm modem).

While I understand the reasoning, I don't think powerd should track
notify-osd, as in this case notify-osd should instead request the screen
to be on for a short period of time (by talking to the system-
compositor).

Still present in Oneiric. As in comment #15 I have a /boot partition
with ext4 and / and /home with btrfs and the compress=lzo option. I
didn't perform a balance on the filesystem however, unless the system
did it by itself.

The thing is that the scroll bar doesn`t appear when I firt start
Gwibber, thus the mouse scroll wheel doesn`t work. Changing to the
messages pane and then back at the home pane made the scroll bar on the
right appear again, which made the mouse scroll wheel scroll the window
as expected.

As the bug mentions this should be displayed before logging in, this is
not something that can be fixed in the payment service. Also, the
current code asks for the payment method before requesting further
details, so that is also addressed.
