I am confused. The program /sbin/fdisk is part of the package util-
linux.
I found it via "apt-file search fdisk". So I ran "apt-get install --reinstall
util-linux" but
I still get the same errors when trying to upgrade.

I give fdisk has been installed in /sbin, but I can't figure out how to
