I haven't restarted Firefox for a couple of days. Today after a restart
Firefox started crashing on each open even when starting with an empty
session. Basically I cannot start Firefox, only in safe mode. It turned
out to be the "Global Menu Bar integration 3.2.5" add-on that crashes
